Observation On The Efficiency Of Massage Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Ulcerative Colitis In Remission

Purpose and Significance:The aim of this study is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect and the security of Massage combined Mesalazine in the treatment of the Damp-heat type of remission of Ulcerative Colitis; Provide clinical evidence for the stability of Massage remission of ulcerative colitis. Simultaneously we will observe,which Massage can suppression the side effect of Western medicine.It can provide the basis for further clinical treatment.Study Methods:The topic selected objects are inpatient in Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu Province.All cases have been examined by electronic colonoscopy and diagnosed. Chinese dialectical belong to Damp-heat,and disease is in remission.Results:1、There was no significance difference between the two groups in the efficacy of TCM syndromes.2、The TCM card-like total score compared to the control group’s3.3500±3.19992, the treatment group was1.3000±1.49032, P value was0.015<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the improvement in the efficacy of syndromes of the treatment group was better than the control group.3、After treatment, the main symptoms disappear syndromes rate:two groups of patients with diarrhea, abdominal pain, bloating, tenesmus, fever symptoms after treatment by chi-square test, displayed on diarrhea, bloating effect, P<0.05, the difference was statistically sense, can be considered the treatment group than in the control group; abdominal pain, tenesmus, the effect of body heat, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant, can not explain the treatment group was better than the control group.4、The symptoms of anal burning, scanty dark urine of two groups after treatment by chi-square test, P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant,it can not tell the difference between two groups.5、Two groups of patients after treatment, the test group complete remission in10cases, effective in9cases, and1case of no effect; complete remission4cases in the control group,10cases,6cases of no effect. Comprehensive efficacy of the two groups of patients by chi-square 6、test, P=0.045<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, can be considered the treatment group had a better effect than the control group.7、Endoscopic mucosal efficacy situation within the two groups of patients by chi-square test, X2=6.600, P=0.037<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that two groups of patients after endoscopic mucosal efficacy of the treatment group was higher than the control group.8、After treatment, the efficacy of mucosal pathology case by chi-square test, X2=6.171,P=0.046<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the two groups of patients after treatment efficacy trials mucosal case the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Massage Therapy for Patients with ulcerative colitis in remission has significantly effect in damp-heat, and is a safe and effective methods of prevention and treatment of UC.
