Clinical Observation On Yi Shen Juan Bi Fa In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective:To explore the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Yi Shen Juan Bi Fa (Reinforcing Kidney Expelling Impediment Method) in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA).Methods:Using paired study before and after treatment,102RA patients were treated continuously with Yi Shen Juan Bi Fa for more than6months during treatment, according to the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) to evaluate the effects of recommended RA improvement of ACR standard.Results:After the treatment, Some patients of the scores Rest Pain, Joint Tenderness, Arthroncus decreased by deferent levels; the time of morning stiffness and20meters walking time shortened; hands grip increased, a significant descend was detected in RF, ESR and CRP,the total clinical effective rate was85.29%. Stratified analysis showed, the shorter the course of disease, the better treatment effect. The efficacy of treatment project C was the best in three projects.All102patients, there were only6cases digestive tract reaction and skin allergy reaction and the symptoms was disappeared after treatment.Conclusion:Chinese medicine master professor Zhu Liangchun "Yishen Juanbi Fa" in the treatment of RA is safe and effective, it is worth further studying and applicating.
