| Background:Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a worldwide disease. According to statistics in2000, people with diabetes were close to170million in the world, while in2030are expected to reach360million. Diabetic gastroparesis (DGP) is a common complication of diabetes. Research data shows that up to25%～76%of patients have gastrointestinal motility disorder, which seriously affects the patients’health and life quality. At present, western medicine is mainly used to promote gastric motility, which can improve clinical symptoms. But the recurrence rate is very high, and much medicine has side effects. Traditional Chinese medicine is very invaluable in ancient times. In recent years, Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has been proved to have good effects, and no obvious side effects. So it shows a very important way to medical workers to find effective methods for DGP through traditional Chinese medicine.Object:It is proved the effectiveness and safety of Lian Su Yin subtraction decoction in the Treatment of DGP through clinical observation, and preliminarily studied its mechanism and the advantage Comparing to the western medicine domperidone. It will provide the basis for clinical.Method:There were46cases with diabetic gastroparesisin. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Each group had23cases. Based on the general hypoglycemic therapy, treatment group was given Lian Su Yin subtraction decoction of traditional Chinese medicine with a small amount of service frequency, one dose daily. Meanwhile the control group was treated with domperidone10mg three times a day,30minutes before meals with warm water. The course of the treatment was4weeks. According to the observation of the clinical symptoms, the blood sugar, the glycated hemoglobin, I did the statistical analysis, and compare the efficacy in both groups.Results:The clinical curative effect of both groups was significant (P<0.01). The treatment group had better efficacy than the control group (P<0.01). The different rates of the treatment group were as follows:cure (4.3%), markedly effect (34.8%), effect (52.1%), invalid (8.7%), the total efficiency (91.3%). The different rates of the control group were as follows: cure (0%), markedly effect (17.3%), effect (47.8%), invalid (34.8%), the total efficiency (65.2%). The symptom score difference follow-up in January and February in both groups was apparent (P<0.01). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial2hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05). The comparison between the two groups,2hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were statistically significant (P<0.05), but the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1. Lian Su Yin subtraction decoction has better efficacy than domperidone in improving clinical symptoms, reducing the recurrence rate. 2. Lian Su Yin subtraction decoction has good security.3. Lian Su Yin subtraction decoction is taken frequency of service way. It tastes light, which increases the compliance for patients. Outpatient service uses granule packaging. It is convenient to adjust the drug dosage.This research proves the Lian Su Yin subtraction decoction in improving diabetic gastroparesis clinical symptoms effective. Comparing with the control group, it has higher safety, lower recurrence rate. It is worthy to be used in clinical application. I hope Lian Su Yin subtraction decoction can be widely used in clinical work by more physical and chemical indicators for monitoring, and animal experiments, cell experiments to prove its "acrid opening and bitter drop, and stomach drop inverse " mechanism. |
