Research About The Application Of Heat-clearing Drugs In Reflux Esohpagitis

Objective:By the Screening, statistics, comprehensive analysis of the effective prescription and the heat-clearing drugs in RE, we can summarize the characteristics and application of the law of the heat-clearing drugs in RE.Method:We collected100cases of patients with reflux esophagitis in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March2013to March2014.A Review Clinical study was used to finishing the application of heat-clearing drugs. Excel software was used to input data and SPSS19.0was used to analysis the data.Result:1.Among the100cases of RE patients, there are46cases of young people,37cases of middle-aged patients and17old patients.2.In this study,male accounted for the majority of the RE patients.Liver-stomach disharmony is the common syndromes in male while the stagnant heat of liver and stomach is the common syndromes in female.3.The frequency incidence of the syndrome,from high to low:Stagnant heat of liver and stomach(25),Liver-stomach disharmony(23),Stomach heat and spleen deficiency(17),Yin deficiency of stomach(19),Qi stagnation and Blood stasis(16).4.Heat-clearing drugs is common used in reflux esophagitis.Berberine(77),Rehmannia-root(73),Cortex-Moutan(72),Gypsum-Fibrosum(62),Scute llaria(34),Fructus-Gardeniae(9),Hedyotis-diffusa(8),wood-butterfly(5),zhimu(5),chishao(4),Radi x-Trichosanthi(3).Sophora-flavesce(3),fago(3),Dandelion(2),Prunella(2).Conclusion:Youth,middle aged people suffer from the Reflux esophagitis commonly. Male accounted for the majority of the RE patients while female accounted less.Liver-stomach disharmony is the common syndromes in male while the stagnant heat of liver and stomach is the common syndromes in female.Heat-clearing drugs are common used in the reflux esophagitis.Furthermore,heat-clearing drugs are cold and bitter,they damage the spleen and stomach easily,so we need to add in drugs that can protect the stomach.
