Metabonomic Study Of Chronic Gastropathy Of Qi-deficency And Blood-stasis Syndrome, Qi Stagnation Syndrome And Dampness Heat Syndrome

Purpose:Characteristics of different metabonomic study on chronic atrophic gastritis, peptic ulcer in two different diseases belong to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome, damp heat syndrome of the three common syndromes. From the angle of metabonomics, the material basis of TCM syndrome type.Methods:Selected from the clinic and gastritis, chronic atrophic hospitalized patients with peptic ulcer (both come from Suzhou City Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine), according to TCM syndrome differentiation, selection of qi deficiency and blood stasis, qi stagnation and dampness heat type, collection of gastroscope pathological specimens, blood and urine specimens, pathological description, symptom score and metabolomic analysis. The experimental results of the multivariate data analysis and comparison.Result:Peptic ulcer, chronic atrophic gastritis belong to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome, damp heat syndrome and normal control group differences in the pattern of metabolites.Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of peptic ulcer, atrophic gastritis differences in the pattern of metabolites.qi stagnation syndrome and damp heat syndrome of Peptic ulcer and chronic atrophic gastritis no obvious difference in metabolite profiles.Conclusion:Three syndromes and normal control group differences in the metabolic spectrum, these differences may is the material basis of syndrome type. Another difference between Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, qi stagnation syndrome, damp heat syndrome, which may be the material base of the same disease with different governance; no significant differences between the damp heat syndrome and qi stagnation syndrome of peptic ulcer and chronic atrophic gastritis with different diseases, theory, and there are differences between the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis of peptic ulcer and chronic atrophy gastritis, that treating different diseases with the same method is not applicable to all cases.
