Objective: Study on differential miRNAs expression profiles in ratCNV(corneal neovascularization),by using microarrays. We want toestablish the potential link between microRNAs and VEGF signalingpathways. To investigate the function of neovascularization in corneallimbus. Methods: Corneal neovascular model construction in rats inducedby corneal stitch, select the LAN microarrays, sample labeling andhybridization, analysis of microarray. Results:16miRNAs were predicted totarget emcee of CNV, within these miRNAs10miRNAs expressed asup-regulation,and6miRNAs expressed down-regulation. That highestsignal numerical value include miR-142,miR-146,miR-21,miR-223,miR-214,miR-199,miR-483,miR-322,miR-126. within these miRNAsmiR-1224,miR-30e,miR-101,miR-184,miR-200,miR-204expressedas down-regulation, the others expressed as up-regulation. Throughverification miR-142miR-200and miR-322expressed as the mostsignificant. Conclusion: miR-142miR-200and miR-322difference in therat model of corneal neovascularization was significantly and is closely associated with VEGF signaling pathway.
