Objective: To investigate the long-term electric pulse stimulation effecton the activity of liver localized ECG; long-term effects of electric pulsestimulation of liver on liver function and liver histology. Methods:Chongqingyellow dog1, permanentartificial pacemaker electrode is connected to the right lobe of the liver surface, close the functionof pacemaker, pacing frequency100times/min,pacing voltage5V, aslong-term pulse electrical stimulator for. To observe the ECG in March.Results:1) Pulsed electrical stimulation of liver electrocardiogram had noobvious change.2) Electric pulse stimulation did not lead to changes in dog liver lifebehavior, liver function is normal.3) Electrode connection connective tissue in liver tissue hyperplasia.Conclusion:1) Pulse electric stimulation of canine liver voltage5V, frequency100times/min,lasting3months on the electrical activity of no effection. 2) Pulse electric stimulation of canine liver voltage5V, frequency100times/min, lasting3months, slight proliferation of connective tissue at theelectrode connected tothe liver, liver tissue without change, liver functiontests were normal.
