Objective To study the radical surgery in an analysis of the factors affecting theprognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated, in order to improveprognosis and improving patients ’ quality of life in patients with the Foundation.Method to the hospital in March2006-March2009study on128cases of surgicaltreatment of hepatocellular carcinoma, retrospective analyses of clinical data. Onpatients of TNM staging, and Child-Pugh ratings, and lesions distribution location, and cancer focal number, and tumor has no fake package film, and tumor size, andserum AFP State, and door vein cancer tied, and tumor iodine oil deposition, andsurgery Hou treatment method and the treatment number, factors, respectively forsingle factors and more factors analysis, follow-up5years of patients survival rate, data for comparison, on patients prognosis and the survival quality of effects forresearch and the statistics analysis. Results ting focal volume, tumor for TNM stage, cancer-free coating, the distributionof the lesions, tumor size, tumor thrombi in portal vein, serum, Child-Pugh grade AFPState, cancer and treatment times and iodized oil deposition there was a significantcorrelation between postoperative survival rate (P<0.05), the above factors also have asignificant impact on the quality of life of patients (P<0.05). Cox Multivariateregression analysis of Child-Pugh grading and iodized oil deposition in postoperativeconditions, postoperative patients with Portal vein tumor thrombus on long-termsurvival and quality of life were significantly affected (P<0.05).Conclusion1degree of hepatic cirrhosis and patients before operation were independent factorsaffecting postoperative prognosis.2the degree of tumor differentiation, peri operation period of blood transfusion andLvsi and other factors are the important factors influencing the prognosis afteroperation. 3hepatitis patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and its prognosis is better than thecombined hepatitis patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.4in the treatment of hepatic carcinoma dissection operation has significantadvantages compared with the traditional method combined with hepatic resection, suitable for clinical use.
