Objectives(1)To observe the effect of atorvastatin on serum hydrogen sulfide in eachhypotype patients with Coronary heart disease(CHD),and compare the differenceof D-value of serum hydrogen sulfide between each hypotype patien-ts with Coronary heart disease after therapy with atorvastatin;(2) Compare the difference of serum hydrogen sulfide between hypotype patients with Coronary heart disease and the normal population.Methods132patients with coronary heart disease in the first people’s hospital ofYueyang from June2013to december2013were selected,and this group con-sist of31patients with Stable Angina Pectoris (SAP group),38patients with u-nstable angina(UA group),31patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial in-farction(STEMI group)and36patients with Non ST segment elevation myocar-dial infarction(NSTEMI group). Thirty-six normal person were chosen as control group. The coronary heart disease patients were served as a dose of20mg a-torvastatin per day for one week. Each coronary heart disease patient’s vein bl-ood(both before atorvastatin treatment and after1week atorvastatin treatment)and each normal person’s vein blood were collected as blood serum hydrogensulfide sample. Spctrophotometric method has chosed to check the level of blo-od serum hydrogen sulfide.Result(1)It has no statistical difference in general data between each CHD hypot-ype and control group,and it has no statistical difference between each CHDhypotype(P>0.05); (2))The level of plasma hydrogen sulfide in each CHD hypotype has incr-eased after treatment,and it has a satistical difference combined with the levelof plasma hydrogen sulfide before treatment(P<0.01),and the D-value in levelof plasma hydrogen sulfide of NSTEMI before and after treatment is higherthan the rest of three hypotype groups and has a satistical difference(P<0.05),while it has no satistical difference between each other of the rest of three gr-oups(P>0.05)(3) The level of plasma hydrogen sulfide in each CHD hypotype has down-regulated compared with control group,and it has an obvious satistical differe-nce(P<0.01),while the level of plasma hydrogen sulfide in each CHD hypot-ype before treatment has no difference in statistical(P>0.05);Conclusion(1)Atorvastatin can raise the level of plasma hydrogen sulfide in CHD pat-ients.(2) NSTEMI group has a highest raise range than that of the rest of thr-ee CHD hypotypes.(3) The level of plasma hydrogen sulfide is lower in ea-ch CHD hypotype compared with contronl group.
