The Research On The Effect And Influencing Factors Of Basic Drug System In Jiangsu Province

The new medical reform program calls for establishing national essential drug system. The basic drug system is Related to mass interests, and can alleviate the problem that mass expensive medical and drug costs. The effect of the basic drug system reflects the affordability and accessibility of country or region’s drug costs、the rationality of using drugs, and other policy objectives. The basic medicine system involves many stakeholders, including government departments, pharmaceutical manufacturers and patient etc. It affects these stakeholders, so this paper decided to choose one of the stakeholders that is pharmaceutical production enterprise to analyzes the effects and influencing factors of the basic drug system in Jiangsu province.Objective:Analyzing the effect of the basic drug system in Jiangsu province to discover problems, and studying the influence factors of influencing implementation effects of the basic drug system, and then analysis questions of Jiangsu province basic drug system and factors, finally giving Suggestions for Jiangsu basic drug system better implementing.Methods:Through Health department website and literature research to collect related data of the basic drug system in Jiangsu province, and survey the basic drug system of production enterprises in Jiangsu province by questionnaire; and use factor analysis to probe factors of the basic drug system’s effect in Jiangsu province.Results and Conclusion:the basic drug system in Jiangsu province has implemented nearly four years, and achieved good results, but there are also some problems, such as pharmaceutical production enterprise employee have lower satisfaction of the basic drug system, drug bidding is unreasonable,etc; The factors that pharmaceutical producing enterprises affect the basic drug system in Jiangsu province are product production enterprise administrators and employees’ degree of knowing the basic drug system and the degree of attention, the implementation willingness of enterprise and corporate profits, etc, and discover the relationship between factors and insufficient of Jiangsu province basic drug system. Combined with the problems of essential drugs system and factors,proposing some suggestions strengthen pharmaceutical production enterprise to study and training, strengthen the supervision of pharmaceutical production enterprise and improve the pharmaceutical production enterprise satisfaction, etc to make the basic drug system better implement.
