OBJECTIVE: Effect of autologous pericardial heart transplantation oncardiac electrical activity.METHODS:1.six Rongchang-PIG and twelve SD rat were randomlydivided into two groups: sham-operated and autologous pericardiumtransplantation. The model of transplantation was established byautologous pericardium transplant with flap. Electrical activity and wereevaluated in each group of pig and rat.2.Eleven RongChang-PIG and thirtysix SD rat were randomly divided into three groups: autologouspericardium transplantation、 MI、 and MI-autologous pericardiumtransplantation. The model of MI was established by ligation of the leftanterior descending coronary artery; the model of transplantation wasestablished by Autologous Pericardium transplant with flap.Electricalactivity and cardiac function were evaluated in each group of pig and rat.Apoptosis in each group of rat was detected by TUNEL, and theexpressions of Bcl-2and caspase-3protein were detected by Westernblotting。 RESULTS:1.The pig group: In the ECG monitoring period,Superventricular premature beat was Frequent in each group of pig。Incomparison with the sham-operated group, the total of Ventricularpremature beat in Autologous Pericardium transplantation only slightlyincreasd(P<0.05),ventricular tachycardia and Ventricular fibrillation didnot appear. The rat group: In the ECG monitoring period,the ventricularfibrillation did not appear in autologous pericardium transplantationgroup.2.The pig group: In comparison with the MI group, theventricular premature beat decreased,the EF%、FS%、△ALWT%、△IVST%increased in MI-autologous pericardium transplantationgroup(P<0.05).The rat group. The Ventricular fibrillation did not appear inAutologous Pericardium transplantation group, the lethal Ventricularfibrillation did not appear in MI and MI-Autologous Pericardiumtransplantation group..In comparison with the MI group,the heart functionwas improved、the number of apoptosis decreased、the expressions ofBcl-2protein increased、the expressions of caspase-3protein decreased inMI-Autologous Pericardium transplantation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: The heart of the experimental animal receivedautologous pericardium transplant did not induce malignantventricular arrhythmia,the Autologous Pericardium transplantationis a relatively safe. Autologous pericardium transplantation may play a protective effect on myocardial ischemia injury,it may be related withthe expressions of Bcl-2and caspase-3protein.
