Objective:By studying the expression and interation of PKM2and PTB in cervical cancer, to explore its role in development of cervical cancer. Methods:the expression of PKM2was detected by immunohistochemical method (IHC) in45cases of cervical cancer,30cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, and12cases of normal cervical tissues, and carries on the statistical analysis. Results:1. The expression of PKM2was higher than that of cervical precancerous lesion and normal cervical tissue in cervical cancer (P<0.05), when compared between precancerous lesion and normal cervical tissues, cervical cancer in stage Ⅰ group Ⅱ al showed no statistically significant differences (P>0.05).2. The expression of PTB in normal cervical tissue was lower than CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ group, cervical cancer stage Ⅰ group and stage Ⅱ al group(P<0.05), expression in CIN Ⅰ was lower than CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ group, cervical cancer stage Ⅰ group and cervical carcinoma stage Ⅱ al group (P<0.05), expression in CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ was lower than cervical cancer stage Ⅱal(P<0.05), expression in cervical cancer stage Ⅰ group was lower than cervical cancer of stage Ⅱal(P<0.05). Compared with CINI group, the expression of CIN Ⅱ-Ⅲ and cervical carcinoma stage Ⅰ group differences in normal tissues showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).3. Expression was positively correlated with PKM2and PTB in cervical carcerConclusion:PKM2, PTB may be associated with the development of cervical cancer.
