Objective:Study the expression of ox-LDL, IL-22in serum and placental of patients with preeclampsia and normal pregnant women, find the relationship between ox-LDL, IL-22in serum and placenta of preeclampsia and the connection of the two. Methods:From June2013to February2014,30women with preeclampsia who delivered in the Department of Obstetries, the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South University, were recruited in the study, including15women with mild preeclampsia (mild group) and15women with severe preeclampsia (severe group). And30healthy pregnant women were taken as normal group, Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure the serum concentration of ox-LDL, IL-22in these women.Immunohistochemical to study the expression levels of ox-LDL,IL-22in placenta.Results:1) The concentrations of ox-LDL,IL-22in serum:The serum concentrations of ox-LDL in mild group and severe group were significantly higher compared with normal group (P<0.05);and the concentrations of ox-LDL in severe group were significantly higher compared with mild group(P<0.05); The serum concentrations of IL-22in mild group tended to increase compared with normal group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); The serum concentrations of IL-22in severe group was significantly higher than the normal group and the mild group (P<0.05); The serum concentrations of ox-LDL and IL-22in preeclampsia were significantly positively correlated (r=0.941, P<0.05).2) The expression of ox-LDL,IL-22in placenta:ox-LDL mainly expressed in vascular endothelial and mesenchymal deposition, followed by trophoblast cells. The expression of ox-LDL in placenta of mild group and severe group were significantly higher than that in normal group (p<0.05),and the expression of ox-LDL in severe group was significantly higher than that of mild group(P<0.05);IL-22is mainly expressed in trophoblast cells and endothelial deposition. The expression of IL-22in placenta of mild group tended to increase compared with normal group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);while the expression of IL-22in severe group were significantly higher than that in normal group and mild group(P<0.05); The expression of ox-LDL and IL-22in placenta of preeclampsia were significantly positively correlated (r=0.754, P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The elevated expression of ox-LDL in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia are related to the severity of the disease, suggesting it plays a role in the development of preeclampsia.(2)The expression of IL-22in serum and placenta of patients with preeclampsia was increased, and the levels of IL-22and ox-LDL hava an positive correlation, suggesting that the increased expression of IL-22may be a compensatory protective effect of the body.
