At last,a total of153childrendiagnosed HSP were enrolled in this study and divided into3groups.22children with HP infection in therapeutic group received conventionaltherapy and1-week triple therapy for HP eradication;21children with HPinfection in control group and110children with non-HP infection innegative group received conventional therapy. We followed up all thechildren for6month and compared the prognosis.Results①Therapeutic effect:19(86.4%)cases were effective intherapeutic group,19(90.5%)cases in control group,and94(85.5%) cases in negative group, respectively. There was no significant difference inthe effective rate(χ2=0.376,P>0.05).②Recurrence rate: The recurrencerate of HSP for the three groups(therapeutic, control, negative group)were13.6%,23.8%and30.9%, respectively. There was no significantdifference among the three groups(χ2=2.909,P>0.05).③Incidence ofHenoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN):HSPN in negative group(36.4%,40/110)and control group (33.3%,7/21) was significantly higherthan that in therapeutic group (4.5%,1/22)(P <0.05).However,nosignificant difference was found between control group and negative group(P>0.05).Conclusion One-week triple eradication therapy for HP could notimprove the curative effect, reduce the recurrence rate of HSP. However, which may be useful to reduce the incidence of HSPN in children with HSPinfected HP.We recommend these children to accept the One-week tripletherapy for HP eradication. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Henoch-Schonlein purpura, Helicobacterpylori, Eradication therapy, Prognosis, Child | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
