Objective:X-ray digital photography fault fusion method is applied to get children’sweight-bearing rearfoot coronary position X-ray image, distance and angle measurementmethod is proposed according to the results of the image and applied to the flexible flatfootchildren measurements。Compare rearfoot coronary weight-bearing position X-ray imagewith clinical examination of RCSP values and traditional X-ray slice side method offlexible flatfoot, explore the application value of the rearfoot coronary weight-bearingposition X-ray image。Methods:1.The children’s rearfoot coronary position X-ray image acquisition and research Selectnormal feet, high arches, flat feet cases of children echo one in accordance with thestandards of foot surgeons on foot,X-ray digital photography fault fusion method isapplied to get children’s rearfoot coronary position X-ray image among normal feet, higharches, flat feet, comparing the change of the longitudinal axis between the foot heelbone and talus, the transverse diameter and the distance and angleα of the three feet inrearfoot coronary position X-ray images.2. The application of the children’s rearfoot coronary position X-ray image in children’sflat feet According to the judgment standard of RCSP valueγand Meary Angleβabout arch,27flexible flatfoot cases of children with a total of54feet were chosen as theexperimental group in our hospital pediatric orthopaedic clinic from September2013to December2013;Normal volunteers (19cases), a total of38feet (approved by the ethicscommittee and ask for volunteers to informed consent) as normal group.Children andvolunteers ages distribution between the aged3to7.Normal group and experimental groupwere both receive clinical examination and X-ray camera (including foot after coronary astress a X-ray and foot side stress X-ray), obtain the rearfoot angleα、RCPS valueγ、MearyAngleβof normal group and experimental group。Results:1.The rearfoot coronary weight-bearing position X-ray images can clearly show the tibiabetween joints, margins and joint clearance in this study: for children with high arches wefound that the foot heel bone and longitudinal axis between talus variable length andshorter diameter; for children with flexible flat feet from rearfoot weight-bearing coronaryposition X-ray images we can see that the talus decline and the foot heel bone eversion.2.There was no statistically significant difference between the age of the normal group andthe experimental group (P>0.05); α、β、γ value of the normal group were lower than thatof the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)3.There was a positive correlations betweenαandβ(r=0.891, P <0.891) andγ (r=0.887, P<0.05) respectively.4.The rearfoot angle αof normal group in this study was8.54°to10.01°.Conclusion:1. Rearfoot coronary weight-bearing position X-ray image by which we canclearly show the tibia, talus and calcaneus in coronary relationship may have a positiverole in evaluating children’s flexible flat feet, high arches.2.The distance and Angle αfrom rearfoot coronary weight-bearing position X-rayimage and the Meary Angleβfrom foot side stress X-ray image and RCPS values γ haveconsistency, the rearfoot Angle α is expected to be as a new measurement and evaluation inchildren’s flexible flatfoot。...
