The Effect Of Moxibustion Preconditioning On Rat Gastric Mucosal Epidermal Growth Factor And Its Receptor

Objective: Gastric ulcer(GU) is a multifactorial deep necrotic defect lesion involving the entire deep gastric mucosal and the muscularisn mucosal, It's main clinical manifestations include epigastric pain, belching and acid regurgitation, dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting, body weight reduction. patient's condition severity supervention bleeding perforation Pyloric obstruction canceration , for it seriously threatens the human health. Consequently, the key point and breakthrough about the study of GU are to effectively prevent GU. The topic inlet is to observe the change of epidermal growth factor and the epidermal growth factor receptor of gastric mucosae in the course of occurrence and cicatrize and repair of GU,to elucidate mechanism of moxibustion pretreatment in preventing GU.Method: SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, namely the normal group, the model group, the moxibustion pretreatment group. Consult the method of okabe to replicate GU model of rats, we applied the moxibustion pretreatment acupoint Zusanli to treat rats, then measure degree of damnification of the gastric ulcer with the gastric ulcer index , observed pathological changes of gastric ulcer of rats with HE dyeing and electron microscope, observed the epidermal growth factor and the epidermal growth factor receptor changes of rat's gastric mucosa using immunohistochemical methods, and observed the effect of abovementioned indexes after moxibustion pretreatment intervention.Result:(1) The gastric ulcer index changes of rats of the model group were significant, ( P < 0.01) . (2) Compared with that of the model group, the gastric ulcer index in the moxibustion pretreatment group decreased significantly (P<0.01) . (3) Compared with that of the model group, the epidermal growth factor and the epidermal growth factor receptor of the moxibustion pretreatment group heightened signifycantly(P<0.01)Conclusion: The moxibustion pretreatment can effectively alleviate the degree of the gastric ulcer, can improve obviously the pathological changes of gastric mucosa, The moxibustion pretreatment can improve and prevent effectively of GU, It's mechanism of action comes true through some pathways as follows possibly the moxibustion pretreatment can activate the expression of the epidermal growth factor and the epidermal growth factor receptor, Lessen the destroy of gastric mucosa, accelerate cicatrization of gastric ulcer.
