Objective:This study analysis the relationship between25factors consist of cadaverine quantity of bleeding, consciousness, age, blood sugar, blood pressure and white blood cells with Small cerebral hemorrhage patients and the the prognosis, suggesting that taking active measures may help to reduce mortality and improve the prognosis.Patients and methods:Medical records with spontaneous small cerebral hemorrhage patients between2008to2011were retrospectively analysed,25clinical factors and the prognosis (dead or alive) were recorded when the patients are hospitalized,25clinical factors consists of sex, age, level of consciousness, vomiting, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, heart disease, stroke, hyperlipidemia, smoking, drinking, and stroke family history, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure when admission, fasting blood sugar, bleeding into the ventricle, the serum creatinine, triglycerides, gastrointestinal bleeding, low-density lipoprotein, high-density lipoprotein, anemia, hypoalbuminemia, amalgamative infection and the total cholesterol. The death and live are binary classification variables, and dates are analysed using statistical Logistic regression with SPSS10.0software.Results:The25correlated factors are analysed using the single factor Logistic analysis, and the results indicate that risk factors which can affect cerebral hemorrhage patients death and have statistical significance (P<0.05) in this study consists of age (P=0. 002), the level of consciousness (P=0.000), admission systolic blood pressure (P=0.002), fasting blood sugar (P=0.014),, creatinine (P=0.001), total cholesterol (P=0.017) and anemia (P=0.007), hypoalbuminemia (P=0.000), broken into the ventricular hemorrhage (P=0.001),amalgamative infection (P=0.000), merger gastrointestinal bleeding (P=0.001).11factors which have the statistical significance in the single factor analysis are analysed with Multifactor Logistic regression, and the results showed that the level of age (P=0.012),consciousness (P=0.016), admission systolic blood pressure (P=0.018), broken into the ventricular hemorrhage (P=0.036), hypoalbuminemia (P=0.000), amalgamative infection (P=0.000), merger gastrointestinal bleeding (P=0.031) are independent risk factors with cerebral hemorrhage patients death (P<0.05)Conclusion:The seven factors consists of age, level of consciousness, admission systolic blood pressure, breaking into the ventricular systolic, hypoalbuminemia, amalgamative infection, merger gastrointestinal bleedings are independent risk factors of cerebral hemorrhage patients death. And the results suggest that taking active measures may help to reduce mortality and improve the prognosis.
