ObjectiveWith the maturing and application of ultrasonic technology, ultrasound candisplay more the anatomical structure of fetal organ, and fetal development situationcan be observed in real time for each position of different organs,so now more andmore fetal morphological abnormalities are found in the antenatal examination. There are500000~600000or more birth defects in our country every year,it’san enormous burden to pregnant women, physical, psychological, family and thewhole society. So early and accurate detection of fetal abnormalities is directlyrelated to the well-being of families, the quality of the population. To provide information for clinical intervention and to make the job of prenataldiagnosis of fetal congenital better, the study has discussed of the fetal anomaliestype, proportion and incidence of fetal malformations and maternal gestational age,and prognosis of the fetus after treatment advice of multidisciplinary consultation.MethodsThe experts of related obstetrics, ultrasound, child medical, surgical children andgenetic counseling laboratory make up a fixed group, they regularly organize largeconsultation for the patients with abnorma lultrasound tissue in the hospital. Thentelephone follow-up for all patients and provide help and guidance for them.Result1.1,066cases of fetal congenital anomalies, the composition ratio is less than20weeks of detection of5.07%of the patients (54/1066);20to28weeks in patientswith detectable Ratio36.12%(385/1066); constitute greater than28weeks the patientwas detected58.82%(627/1066).2.The incidence of central nervous system abnormalities was25.80%(275/1066),urinary tract malformations accounted for22.05%(233/1066),and theincidence of birth defects in turn is located in the top two. 3.The lateral ventricle broadening accounted for40.73%of the central nervoussystem abnormalities, and the fading rate of patients with lateral ventricle broadeningis71.43%in the process of follow-up;Kidney seeper accounted for50.64%ofurinary tract malformation, and the fading rate of patients with hydronephrosis is67.23%in the process of follow-up.Conclusion1.20weeks to28is the best gestational weeks of fetal malformation screening.2.the central nervous system abnormalities and urinary tract anomalies are themost common reasons for the fetal abnormal morphology.3.Fetal increased lateral ventricle width and pyelectasis had a higher rate, andthey can be closely followed up.
