ã€Objective】: Through extracting individual peripheral blood by rt-pcr method todetect gene single nucleotide polymorphisms, to select sensitive chemotherapeuticdrugs, evaluating curative effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer, anddiscussing on clinical application value of drug sensitivity test in the neoadjuvantchemotherapy of breast cancer, so as to provide reference for individual treatment inthe breast cancer.ã€Methods】: According to the standard set,99cases primary breast cancer patientswere selected, the II-III admitted by the First Affiliated Hospital of ZhengzhouUniversity from2011August to2013August, who can implement neoadjuvantchemotherapy of breast cancer. They were randomly divided into treatment group (n=59) and the control group (n=40). susceptibility test determined chemotherapyregimens of treatment group, while control group according to NCCN guidelines.Treatment group divided into group A (n=22) who can be used for sensitivechemotherapy regimens and group B (n=37) who can only be used for incompletesensitive chemotherapy regimens. Through breast MRI examination, MP gradingsystem evaluating curative effect of chemotherapy after2ã€4or6cycles,to exploreclinical value of the RT-PCR method drug sensitive test in neoadjuvant chemotherapyof breast cancer.ã€Results】: All cases in the age factors and clinical features are accord with normal distribution, and there is no statistically significant differences.1Breast MRI evaluation:The total effective rate of three groups were:95.45%,70.27%,65%, the total benefit rate were100%,89.2%,85%.Use full sensitive drugschemotherapy for patients with total benefit rate is highest. There were statisticaldifference between experiment group A and group B,and the same as experimentalgroup A and control group (P <0.05),while there was no statistically significantdifference in the experimental group B and control group (P>0.05).2MP grading system evaluation: Experiment group A and group B,with group A andcontrol group were statistically significant difference (P <0.05), while theexperimental group B and control group had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The effective rate of Group A was86.36%(19/22), Group B was54.05%(20/37), the control group was52.5%(21/40).3ã€The chemosensitivity order for breast cancer which was Cytoxan, paclitaxel,nthracycline-based,platinum drugs,5–fluorouracil.ã€Conclusion】: using sensitive chemotherapy drugs could obviously improveneoadjuvant chemotherapy curative effect. The results of drug susceptibility test havegood correlation with the actual effect of clinical curative, which could providereference for the selection of new adjuvant chemotherapy and have application ofclinical value. The sensitivity has individual differences when the chemotherapy drugsare used in different individuals. |
