Development And Application Of Melamine Immunochromatographic Test Strips

In the field of biomedical and food safety,we sometimes need to detect certain specific substances.Up to now, we know that there are many methods for detecting and they can be divided into traditional detection methods and test strip method.Traditional methods is that we successful complete the detection task by manual operation with the aid of some instruments while we use dipstick test method to achieve the purpose of detection through the application of immunochromatographic assay.Compared with the traditional detection methods,immunochromatographic test strip technology is simple.convenient and fast.Now,immunochromatographic test strip technologyhas has become an effective means of biomedical and food safety testing because of its unique ad vantages. We were successfully prepared colloidal gold.Colloidal golds are labeled monoclonal antibody melamine.We have developed colloidal goldimmunochromatographic strips for rapid detection of melamine on the basis of the immune chromatographic techniques.The main purpose and significance of this experiment is to develop a rapid test strips detection method,which are strong specificity, high sensitivity, and easy operation.the samples can be processed after a simple treatment. We prepared gold particles of different sizes by changing the amount of sodium citrate in the laboratory.Finally,we choose the good quality report of colloidal gold particles,which are used as markers and labeled monoclonal antibody melamine.Conjugate(Melamine/OVA) and goat anti-mouse IgG were coated on the nitrocellulose (NC) membrane,which were as the test line (T-line) and the control line (C-line) to made into immunochromatographic test strips.The strips were spiked with melamine solution,detection,observed results.Melamine gold immunochromatography test strip have a higher detection sensitivity.good specificity and stability.They can be stored for a long time.
