The Clinical And Pharmacodymamics Empirical Study Of YiQiRunChangWan In The Treatment Of Asthenic Slow Transit Constipation

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of YiQiRunChangWan in the treatment ofdeficiency syndrome of qi deficiency of slow transit constipation, and provide scientificbasis for YiQiRunChangWan in the treatment of two blood deficiency constipationcorrelation.Methods:2012May to2013February were selected for the deficiency of slow transitconstipation patients, a total of40cases, using random number table to determine thepatients into groups, treatment group and control group with20cases in each. And check the patients blood, urine, stool, liver and kidney function and ECGmonitoring, to determine the efficacy and safety of.Result:40patients were in accordance with the scheme through clinical trials, noshedding and excluding cases during treatment. The clinical symptoms were the end of thetwo groups after treatment significantly improved after treatment, there were significantdifferences (P <0.05); the total efficiency of two groups, there was significant difference (P<0.05); for constipation in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of improvement, thetreatment group than the control group (P <0.05). Colon slow transit experimental resultsshow that: each group can promote the normal colonic contents in advance,YiQiRunChangWan group the most significant, followed by the control group.Conclusion: There is significant effect of YiQiRunChangWan in the treatment ofdeficiency syndrome of qi deficiency constipation. And can improve the intestinal motorfunction by colonic slow transit experimental study of beneficial YiQiRunChangWanimprove the speed of intestinal contents, promoting defecation. And YiQiRunChangWan in clinical application, good safety, further research and popularization value.
