Researches On Thoughts Of Professor Gao Tisan Treating Gastroenteropathy Through Sanyin

Gao Tisan,a nationally known old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,had worked on Traditional Chinese Medicine for about seventy years.he preferedto study classical documents of Traditional Chinese Medicine such as Neijing,Shanghan,Jinkui and Bencao,and had a further study of Si Sheng Xin Yuan writted by Huang Yuanyu.Mr Gao learned from the ancients,essence on treating diseases,and founded the Theory named “shui-nuan,tu-he,mu-da” based on hisown experiences.In the clinical operation,Mr Gao diagnosed and treated the diseases following that Syndrome differentiation of the six meridians was the guidingprinciple,and Syndrome differentiation of viscera was the core.He treated theknotty illnesses through the theory named SanYin,especially gastroenteropathy,meanwhile,the curative effect was significant.This thesis is divided into three parts for introducing the thoughts,connotation of Gao Tisan treating gastroenteropathy through SanYin,as follows.The first section is shown for discussing Gao Tisan,s SanYin Theory.Huangdineijing divided yin yang into SanYin and SanYang,which was philosophicalfoundation of the theory named SanYin,while Syndrome differen-tiation of thesix meridians was frame foundation.Mr Gao was affected by Huang Yuanyu,views including that qi of middle-jiao energy was the key,pure yang was immortal,six climates can translate into each other.Based foundation all above,Mr Gaoput forward the theory of SanYin.This theory reveals close relationship betweenthree yin including Liver,spleen and kidney,and points out that if cold water iswarm,diseases is cured,if land is harmonious,ascending and descending of spleen and stomach is in order,and if wood is unblocked,gas and blood is als unimpeded.The second section is gastroenterology clinical validation Case Statistics andAnalysis.In WPS excel office software as a platform Clinical Medical Records were collated by computer entry for establishing Professor Gao Tisan treatmentof gastrointestinal disease cases database.Using SPSS17.0software package,gender,age,syndrome,performed the statistical analysis frequency drugs,etc.for exploring the clinical characteristics of gastrointestinal disease syndromes and drug laws.By Professor Gao Tisan flavors used drugs,sex and owned by four frequency statistics,etc.,digging its own rules and characteristics Herbal Prescription forconstruction of "yin on the rule of Gastroenterology" system to provide data tosupport the theory.The third section has mainly introduced how Professor Gao treated gastroenteropathy through SanYin theory.Professor Gao thought that gastroenteropathyeattributed to dysfunctional of three yin,and came up with tonifying fire to supple earth and conforting wood for treating this kind of disease.Professor Gao assimilated the ancients and the modern people,s essnce on treating,and inventedQingdanhewei Decocion.Professor Gao was good at using the kind of hot medicine such as Ginge radix,aconiti Carmichaeli and Cassia twig which were considered a ball of fire which can lustrate yin pathogens.The forth section has mainly analyzed common gastroenteropathy consiliasuch as stomachache,pi man,vomiting and diarrhea which were treated by Professor Gao in order to further reveal experiences and drug law of Professor Gaotreating gastroenteropathy.
