The Prescription Of Bu Shen Jian Pi Sheng-Shui On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Treatment Of Oligohydramnios

Objective:Oligohydramnios is a clinical common pregnancy complications,and it can occur in any stages of the pregnancy,especially at the period of late pregnancy.Oligohydramnios has a great harmfulness to the maternal or fetus,and it has a close relationship with expired pregnancy,abnormal umbilical cord,pih,the developmental delays,etc.This may induce neonatal asphyxia,fetal distress and term low birth weight which cause serious damage to the newborn health,and it could lead to death.For the moment,The Western medicine has not a effective treatment way for the oligohydramnios.The Clinical effectiveness of Traditional Chinese medicine has been widely confirmed as a treasure of traditional Chinese medicine,and how to use traditional Chinese medicine to play a role on the treatment of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy has Has become a central point for obstetrics and gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.The purpose of this study is to explore the value of BuShenJianPiSheng-Shui on the clinical curative effect of treatment of the late pregnancy oligohydramnios and the impact ofpregnancy outcome which is for seeking a more reasonable and effective way of the treatment.Methods:120 patients with oligohydramnios were divided into observation group and control group.At the same time,The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,such as increasing water quantity,vitamin supplements and energy mixture,etc.,and the other group was given TCM of BuShenJianPiSheng-Shui on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.We take 7 days for a period of treatment,and after 2 courses of treatment,we will analysis the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups of patients,amniotic fluid index,wai begat basic situation,delivery way and pregnancy outcomes,etc.All data will use SPSS18.0 software for statistical processing and analysis of variance or t test,and it has a statistically significant difference when the P < 0.05 showed.Result:After the test,the clinical efficient of observation groupwas was 95%,and it was obviously better than the control group(83.3%);On the aspect of amniotic fluid index,the amniotic fluid index of each index of observation group was more better than the control group,and the difference has a statistically significant;In the aspect of umbilical artery blood flow umbilical artery blood of the observation group is more flower than the control group.In the aspect of wai begat condition,the observation group in fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia and full-term incidence of low body weight were significantly lower than that in control group.In the aspect of delivery way,the cesarean section rate of observation group was obviously lower than the control group,and the difference is obvious.In the aspect ofPregnancy outcome,the neonatal Apger score of observation group was better than that of control group.Conclution:The TCM of BuShenJianPiSheng-Shui has a clinical curative effect on the treatment of oligohydramnios,which can reduce cesarean section rate,improve the basic situation of perinatals,and improve the security as a safe and effective treatment measures.
