Objective:By comparing the non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH) patients test group andthe control group before and after treatment of blood adiponectin (ADPN), insulin(INS) changes incytokine levels to analyze XiaozhiHugan capsules on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis patients affectedadiponectin, insulin resistance(IR), and to explore its treatment of nonalcoholic steatohepatitismechanism.And compared with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis patients treatment group and controlgroup before and after treatment of blood alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartat aminotransferase(AST),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) level indicator changes,to observe Clinical efficacy ofXiaozhiHugan capsules on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis patients.Methods:Selection patients conforms to the inclusion criteria60cases for the study,according to random meter divided into the test group and control group every30cases.All patients in the drug treatment based on exercise and diet.The test group was treatedwith XiaozhiHugan capsules(Hospital preparations),once three, three times a day;Thecontrol group was treated with polyene phosphatidylcholine (Essentiale) capsules, once456mg, three times daily. Therapy treatment for three months, and were followed for3months. On the first day of the first visit and90days after treatment of non-alcoholic fattyhepatitis serum samples collected.More than eight hours of fasting morning extractedcubital vein of non-anticoagulant about5ml,separate and specimens of serum.Byenzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect and observe patients in each groupbefore and after treatment blood adiponectin, insulin changes in cytokine levels.Before andafter treatment were observed in blood ALT,AST,TC,TG level indicator changes.Results:1.After treatment,adiponectin levels of patients were significantly higheradiponectin levels compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05), There was significant differencebetween the two groups of patients ADPN levels after treatment(P<0.05).2.After treatment,insulin levels of two groups patients were lower than beforetreatment (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups of patients with insulin levels showed no statistically significant(P>0.05).3. After treatment,insulin resistance index of test group patients was lower than beforetreatment(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups of patients with insulin resistance indexlevels showed no statistically significant(P>0.05).4. Test group of patients after treatment ALT and AST compared with before treatmentwas significantly lower (P<0.05),and the treatment group compared with the control groupdecreased ALT is more significant,there are significant differences in ALT levels comparedtwo groups of patients after treatment (P<0.05).5. After treatment,two groups of patients TC and TG were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The TG levels of patients in treated group than in the control group decreasedmore significantly,there are significant differences between the patients with TG levelsafter treatment compared(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.XiaozhiHugan capsules can increase serum adiponectin levels in NASHpatients, indicated XiaozhiHugan capsules may by increasing levels of serum ADPN waysto achieve therapeutic efficacy of treat NASH.2.XiaozhiHugan capsules can reduce insulin levels and insulin resistance index inNASH patients, Showed XiaozhiHugan capsules can improve insulin resistance in patientswith NASH.3. XiaozhiHugan capsules can reduce blood ALT, AST, TG, TC levels in patients withNASH, showed XiaozhiHugan capsules can reduce liver inflammation, improve lipidmetabolism in the liver.
