Effect Of Astragalus Injection In Zusanli Point On Treating Chronic Glomerulonephritis

BackgoundChronic glomerulonephritis referred to chronic nephritis, It is caused by a variety of causes originating in the glomerulus an autoimmune disease, and the incidence is usually high in the youth and the adult with a longer course. Proteinuria is one of the main clinical manifestations, it is caused by the damage of glomerular filtration barrier due to immune complex sedimentation along the glomerular capillary. The immune complex usually induced by lots of damage fators. Proteinuria often accompanied by hematuria, urinary tube, edema, hyPertension, and even renal damage. Great amount of Proteinuria will cause damage to glomerular and tubular by lots of vasoactive substances、pro-inflammatory cytokine and cytokines, Even cause renal fibrosis and develop to renal failure finally. So it is very important to reduce the urinary protein.ObjectivesThe primary purpose of this study was to observ effect of Astraglus injection in Zusanli point on treating Chronic glomerulonephritis, to provide the theoretical basis for its use in clinical practice. And offer a new effective and reliable, safe, simple operation for the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis treatment.MethodsIn strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria of the test cases,we chose60chronc glomerulonephritis patients with proteinuria as subjects, which including the outpatients and the inpatients in NePhrology department of Zhuhai hospital of Guangdong provincial Hospital of TCM from January,2013to January,2014. We devided the patients to three groups:Point injection group, Shenyankangfu tablets group, Control group in randomized parallel control method. It is20. people in each group. Three groups were given.the same basic treatment.We used, astragalus injection in Zusanli point injection2ml, which is once a day.The patients took Shenyankangfu tablets three times everyday in Shenyankangfu tablets group. NS was injected in Zusanli point injection2ml one time everyday. We continuous observation for2weeks, and observed the three groups of patients with Urine Routine Test and24-hour urinary protein quantity. Compared the change of the Indexes between each group, and between the three groups before and. after treatment. Wo used statistical software SPSS17.0to statistical analysis of the data. Analysis the clinical efficacy of astragalus injection in Zusanli point on Treating Chronic glomerulonephritis.Results(1) Clinical Comparison of the three groups:point injection group20cases, the total effective rate was85%; Shenyankangfu tablets group20cases, the total effective rate was70%; control group20cases, the total effective rate was50%. Through the Ridit statistical analysis, a significant difference between point injection group and shenyankangfu tablets group (P<0.05), it was the same between point injection group and control group(P<0.05),The shenyankangfu tablets group and control group also have the significant difference(P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the point injection group is the best.in the three groups, and the shenyankangfu tablets group is better than the control group.(2) Compared the24-hour urinary protein quantity before treatment respectively, there were no significant difference for three groups(P>0.05).After the treatment, point injection group and Shenyankangfu tablets group had statistical significance(P<0.05), it was same in point injection group and control group (P<0.05), The shenyankangfu tablets group and control group also have the significant difference(P<0.05). The24-hour urinary protein quantity before and after treatment were compared, the index of three groups were all reduces obviously, there were statistically significant difference for three groups (P<0.05).(3) Safety observation:No obvious reactions were observed during the time of the treatment.ConclusionAs the Astragalus injection in Zusanli point used to treat patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, it can reduce urinary protein and improve life quality, also can delay the. progression of chronic kidney disease. The Astragalus injection in Zusanli point is worth the further promotion of clinical, because it is tall in security、little in side effect and low in price. It Is a new kind of method for the treatment of proteinuria, and plays a positive role in promoting combination traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of proteinuria.
