| ObjectiveTo explore the diagnosis and treatment regularity for syndrome factors of SLE by analyzing the syndromes, four diagnostic information, Chinese medicine from clinical literature of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and Chinese integrative medicine based on Shannon entropy nonlinear complex system method. Through this way, the research confirmed the composition of the TCM syndrome and the regularity of Chinese medicine utilization, by which to provide the frame and theory for the standardization research of SLE syndromes.MethodsSearching literature with the "SLE" or "systemic lupus erythematosus" or "traditional Chinese medicine" or "Chinese integrative medicine" or "syndrome" as the index word based on the study object of relevant TCM literature of SLE and data source of the Chinese Biomedical Literature. Database of SLE was established in the Office Access2007with the information of literature that met the inclusion criteria. The software of SPSS19.0was used to analyze the data through descriptive statistics. And engineering software Matlab7.0was applied to conduct Shannon entropy method for correlation analysis. By calculating the value of correlation between syndrome factors and symptoms, syndrome factors and Chinese medicine, picked up the correlative group of the symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine.Results1. Syndromes:Toxic heat flaming, yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, deficiency of qi and yin, yin deficiency inner heat, yin deficiency of liver and kidney were major syndromes which commonly being3-5kinds of syndrome.2. Syndrome factors:Yin deficiency, heat, toxic, blood stasis, qi deficiency, yang deficiency were the common syndrome factors of disease nature. Kidney, spleen and liver were the main syndrome factors of disease location. Most of the syndrome factors combination was made up by two syndrome factors. Such as heat+toxic, heat+yin deficiency, yin deficiency+qi deficiency.3. Symptoms:A common group of symptoms was retrieved:fear, feelings of irritability, joints pain, fatigue, feel ing pain and weakness of back and knee, whole body edema, anorexia, reddened tongue with yellow fur and rapid pulse/pale tongue with white fur and pulse was fine/red tongue with little fur and rapid pulse.4. Traditional Chinese medicine:Rehmanntae, Moutan, Poria, Astragalus, Chinese Yam, Red Peony, Salvia, Atractylodes, Alisma were commonly used in clinical. They were mainly the kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with efficacy of removing pathogenic heat from blood, invigorating qi or invigorating yin.5. Syndrome factors-symptoms-traditional Chinese medicine:picked up the correlative group of symptoms and traditional Chinese medicine based on the main syndrome factors. We received the prefect group between syndrome factors from symptoms, syndrome factors and traditional Chinese medicine. The value of correlation could be the contribution measure to the diagnosis of syndrome factors and symptoms. In addition, the value of correlation could measure the efficacy strength of every Chinese medicine to the relevant syndrome factors. The relation between syndrome factors and syndrome was mostly according to the TCM theory. And some special symptoms were relating to the characteristic of SLE. And the symptoms group that was picked up could be the discrimination to relevant syndrome factors. The relation between syndrome factors and Chinese medicine was mostly according to the efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine. And the Chinese medicine group that was picked up could be the selection in clinical.ConclusionApplying with Shannon entropy method to mining and analyze the diagnosis and treatment rule between symptoms, syndrome factors and traditional Chinese medicine. The property of each syndrome factors and the selection method of Chinese medicine for SLE were clear. It provided frame and theory for the standardization researching of SLE syndromes through syndrome factors. |
