Object i veThe purpose of this study is to investigate reason of change which distal radial fractures which is closed reduction and splint external fixation by the imaging measurement data, and to analysis relationship of imaging measurement data and wrist activity.MethodsFrom Jan.2013to Jan.2014,106cases of distal radial fractures were collected from the Third affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM. Manipulation after admission splints treatment, X-rays taken before and after the reset, and1,2,3,4,6weeks referral and take X-rays to measure the palmar angle, ulnar inclination angle and radial height, after three months of follow-up and make Cooney carpal score.1. Image data from different periods do paired samples T-test.2. The distal radial fracture of the entire complex is then displaced as the dependent variable, age, gender, palm inclination angle, ulnar inclination angle, radial height, crushing as independent variables do Logistic regression analysis.3. Linear regression analysis of distal radius fractures prognosis and image data by Cooney carpal score.Results106cases occurred in patients re-displaced38people, Which occurred in the first week, second week shift more. Paired samples before and after treatment to make T-test, and the first week after fracture reduction was statistically significant contrast (P<0.05), the first and second week of comparative statistical significance (P<0.05), and the second week three weeks of no statistical significance for the comparison (P>0.05)The fracture is then shifted Logistic regression equation as dichotomous variables, the palm inclination angle, ulnar inclination angle, radial height, comminuted fracture, age, gender as independent variables into Logistic regression equation, the results of ulnar deviation and age statistically significant (P<0.05).Palm inclination angle, ulnar inclination angle, radial height of distal radial fractures after the fracture healing and Cooney wrist score results do linear regression analysis, as a result, the radial carpal bone height for maximum impact, followed by the palmar angle, and finally the ulnar deviation.Conclusion1. After Manipulation of patients after treatment and then shifted38people, occurred in the first week and the second week, and women, the elderly are more so in the early fracture, it is timely to review X-rays taken in order to prevent and timely processing of further displacement.2. Factors that cause further shift with age, gender, comminuted fracture, palm inclination, ulnar inclination angle, radial height, age and ulnar deviation where the fracture re-displacement angle could predict.3. Radial height effect on wrist function, followed by the palmar angle, and finally the ulnar deviation, so far as possible in the treatment of distal radius should restore the height of the radial bone fractures.
