| "Zhizhu Dedoction" is a classical traditional prescription in regulating vital energy and relieving dyspepsia, The prescription is precise and appropriate and have good tread effection.Later,the prescription was developped into "Zhizhu Pill",which had better effection in invigorating the spleen. Based on Zhizhu Pill,Zhizhukeli is developed intogranules/which have much good clinal effection in spleen and stomach weak, Indigestion.Unfortunately,most researches on this prescription were focus on single herbal,little articals studied the totle prescription,let alone effective parts of the prescription. Guided by the one theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this study put the same kind constituent from herbal as one part,research extraction and separation process of different parts. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process of Zhishi. Single factor design was used to optimize the extraction process of volatile oil of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, the separation process of Zhishi alkaloids and Column chromatography separation of Zhishi flavonoids.Spleen-deficient mice model was induced by rhubarb decoction. Gastrin (GAS) in mice serum, motilin (MTL) in mice duodenal tissue and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) in mice gastric tissue were measured by ELISA.Research the rationality of prescription and process of Zhizhukeli, preliminary.
