To Observe The Effect Of Electrical Stimulation Of Taixi Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Syndrome Of Angina Coronary Heart Disease

Object iveThe clinical therapeutic effect and quality of life of Han’s acupoint nerve stimulator stimulation of bilateral Taixi treatment of kidney angina pectoris of coronary heart disease, and to further explore on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease from kidney.MethodsThe object of research are60cases of patients with kidney yang deficiency or kidney yin deficiency type of angina coronary heart disease who have been examined by the heart center of Guangdong Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medical. According to the simple digital table divided into two groups randomly. Both groups are given western medicine routine therapy, the treatment group are given Han’s acupoint nerve stimulator stimulation of bilateral Taixi (frequency2Hz, time20min,1times a day),2weeks treatment. To observe the change of clinical symptoms of angina resting ECG, nitroglycerin stopped or decreased percentage, and assessed the quality of life of patients on Seattle angina questionnaire in treatment group and control group before and after the treatment.Results1. In the clinical symptoms of angina curative effect, the treatment group total effectiveness was93.33%, the control group total effectiveness was70%, the difference between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), and the treatment group was batter than the control group.2.In the TCM symptoms curative effect, the treatment group total effectiveness was90%, the control group total effectiveness was56.67%, the difference between two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05), and the treatment group was batter than the control group.3. In the ECG curative effect, the treatment group total effectiveness was53.33%, the control group total effectiveness was50%, the difference between two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).4. In the nitroglycerin stopped or decreased percentage curative effect, the treatment group total effectiveness was73.33%, the control group total effectiveness was63.33%, between two groups, the difference between two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).5. In the quality of life assessment, the two groups in the physical limitation of activity, angina stability scale, angina frequency scale, treatment satisfaction, disease perception scale, compared with the two groups after the treatment, the angina stability scale, angina frequency scale, treatment satisfaction, disease perception scale were significantly improved, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The treatment group in improving angina stability scale, angina frequency scale, treatment satisfaction, disease perception scale were superior to the control group, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05).
