| ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to determine which allergens were prevalent in patients with allergic rhinitis in Tianjin by using "Allergopharma" skin prick test. A total of160patients with allergic rhinitis received SPT. And sIgE was detected.The correlation with the results of skin prick test (SPT) of dust mites and serum specific IgE(sIgE)and age were analyzed.Offer some referencing value for our country’s epidemiological survey of allergic rhinitis,help patients reduce the incidence by avoiding to be exposed in the some allergens, provide some theoretical basises to the specific immuno-therapy for patients with allergic rhinitis in local area, and facilitate the international exchange.Methods390cases (male208,female182,age between5～86years) with the symptom and physical of allergic rhinitis,who visited ENT outpatient of our hospital from January2011to December2011,were enrolled in this study.They were performed with "Allergopharma" skin prick test,including single or group allergens of aeroallergens or phagoallergens. And detailed histories were collected in all cases.The statistical processing applications SPSS16.0software package for analysis,the comparison of the test,and count data using χ2test,P<0.05was considered statistically significant.Results1、390cases of allergic rhinitis patients inhaled allergen skin prick test results,160patients dust mites allergen-positive, accounting for41.02%,intensity of reaction is+～++++, and the remaining positive allergen is not within the scope of the study.2、Serum specific IgE test results showed that160cases of dust mite allergen skin prick test positive patients,137cases were positive for Dermatop hagoides farinae,23cases were negative;140cases were positive for Dermatop hagoides ptoronyssinus,20cases were negative.3、Dust mites allergen-positive patients whose serum dust mite specific IgE test results showed that with dust mites allergen levels increased positive,the positive rate of serum sIgE will also rise,and with the serum sIgE correlated positively. Statistical analysis using the chi-square test results show that the difference in serum slgE positive rate and corresponding hierarchical status between SPT results are statistically significant (χ2=48.32,χ2=41.64,P<0.005),description of dust mite allergen the positive correlation between the presence of serum specific IgE positive grading and classification rates and conditions.4、According to age (≤18years old,19-39years,40-59years,≥60years) patients were positive for dust mites160cases were divided into four groups,found that patients of different ages for different dust mite allergen reaction degree,SPT reaction intensity differences between different ages was statistically significant (χ2=32.38,P <0.01),SI "++++" when to≤18year olds dust mite allergen highest positive rate.Conclusions1、 Dust mites proof positive allergen-specific IgE levels in serum positive rate and graded association exists.When the dust mites allergen SPT positive patients SI "+",sIgE positive rate of37.5%-40%;when SI "++",sIgE positive rate was60%-70.59%;when SI "+++",sIgE positive rate was70.27%-74.36%;when SI "++++",sIgE positive rate was100%.2、When SI++++with>18years of age group,18people dust mites allergens were the highest.The onset of AR is a variety of factors such as heredity and environment the result of the interaction.For genetically susceptible hosts,avoid allergens in infants and young children period, help reduce the IgE is generated; improve the environment of the patient’s life and habits,effectively prevent propagation of indoor dust mites,the probability of a reduction in the number of patients and patients with recurrence. Visible to avoid or reduce the importance of contact allergens,but it is hard to effectively remove dust mites in our daily life,Suggestions for18years of age in the early stages of the disease dust mites allergens positive patients specific immune therapy. |
