ObjectiveTo compare the tilt, decentation, total high order aberrationt(tHOA), spherical aberration(SA), coma (coma) of interior and entire eye and modulation transfer function(MTF) of entire eye in defferent spatial frequencies of different one-piece designed aspheric intraocular lenses(IOLs) including AO, ZCB00and PY60AD after the phacoemulsification and IOL implantation surgery1month and3month. To compare the tilt, decentation, tHOA, SA, coma of interior and entire eye and MTF of entire eye of ZCB00and SN60WF1month postoperation in order to select the aspheric IOLs better.Methods171eyes were selected after the phacoemulsification and IOL implantation surgery in Tian Jin Eye Hospital between March2013and March2014. According to the SA of corneal before operation,50eyes were implanted Tecnis ZCB00IOL,50eyes were implanted ADAPT-AO IOL,50eyes were implanted PS PY-60AD IOL, and other21eyes were implanted IQ SN60WF IOL. Compare group AO, group ZCB00and group PY-60AD1month and3month postoperation. Slect21eyes of group ZCB00randomly, and compare it with group SN60WF1month postoperation. Check patients’ UCVA by international standard vision chart postoperation. Measure and record the tilt, decentation, tHOA, SA, coma of interior and entire eye and MTF of entire eye of AO, ZCB00and PY-60AD1month and3month postoperation and SN60WF1month postoperation by iTrace and Pentacam at6mm pupil size. Using image-pro plus software measure the values of tilt and decentation of the four IOLs. The tilt and decentation were tested by Pearsen regression analysis in one group. All the values were analysised by paired t-test in one group and by independent sample/-test between two groups, by one-way ANOVA in three groups and LSD-t test between any two groups.ResultsThe UCVA showed no statistically difference in the four IOLs postoperation (P>0.05). There was no linear correlation between tilt and decentation in any one group of the four IOLs postoperation (P>0.05). About the values of tilt and decentation, no statistically difference was found in one group1month and3month postoperation(P>0.05), but it had statistically difference in AO, ZCB00and PY-60AD(P<0.05). Further tested by LSD-t test, the difference existed between AO and PY-60AD(P<0.05), and between ZCB00and PY-60AD(P<0.05), but not between AO and ZCB00(P>0.05). And there was no statistically difference between SN60WF and ZCB001month postoperation(P>0.05). About the values of tHOA, SA and coma, there was no statistically difference in any one group of AO, ZCB00and PY-60AD1month and3month postoperation(P>0.05), but it had statistically difference in tHOA and SA in AO, ZCB00and PY-60AD(P<0.05), no difference in coma(P>0.05). Further tested by LSD-t test, the difference existed between AO and PY-60AD(P<0.05), and between AO and ZCB00(P<0.05), but not between PY-60AD and ZCB00(P>0.05). And there was no statistically difference between SN60WF and ZCB001month postoperation(P>0.05). About the MTF, there was no statistically difference in any one group or between groups (P>0.05).ConclusionThe four different designed aspheric IOLs showed good stability and good visual quality1month and3month postoperation. The stability of one-piece designed IOL is better than three-piece designed IOL, and it is necessary to select IOL according to corneal spherical aberration, but more aspects and long-term effection remains to be seen.
