Objective:By prospective clinical study, the topic is to observe the change of bone marrow and immune function in non-small cell lung cancer, treated with platinum-based chemotherapy and extremely high frequency waves, to discuss the efficacy and safety, to explore a way to improve bone marrow suppression and immune function, in order to improve the tolerance and efficiency of chemotherapy.Methods:The cohort study was used and set up the Inclusion criteria, exclusive criteria and Shedding standard strictly, observe40cases in oncology of the No.1Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Uni. of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who treated with platinum-based chemotherapy,20of them will just be treated with chemotherapy, the others are irradiated by extremely high frequency wave of6days. The observation time is2course. Before the chemotherapy starts (d0, d21), seventh days (d7, d28), fourteenth days (d14, d35), twenty-first days (d21, d42) after chemotherapy, both group will be examine blood analysis. Before chemotherapy (d0, d21), after chemotherapy (d7, d28), both group will be examine T lymphocyte subset, NK cell, and to have statistical treatment.Result:The level of WBC, NEU, HGB, PLT of the first course and second course on experimental group was examined before and after chemotherapy, there was no difference(P>0.05). The level of WBC, NEU in first week(d7, d28) was lower after chemotherapy on control group, there was difference(P<0.05). But the second week (d14, d35), the third week (d21, d42) were not obviously change, there was no difference(P>0.05). The level of WBC of the first course and second course on control group was decreased obviously, there was difference(P<0.05).The level of NK cells and T lymphocyte subsets had no difference(p>0.05) on experimental group of the first course. The second course total T cells, and Th cells were higher after therapy, there was difference(P<0.05) and other cells were not obviously change (P>0.05). The level of NK cells was lower after chemotherapy on control group(p<0.05). The NK cells was decreased obviously after chemotherapy on control group, there was difference(P<0.05), and The level of T lymphocyte subsets had no difference(p>0.05) between groups.Conclusion:The extremely high frequency waves can increase the level of WBC and NEU, can improve bone marrow suppression. At the same time it can increase the quality of life.
