Comparative Study Of CIK Cells Combined With VAD Regimen In The Treatment Of Multiple Myeloma

Objective CIK cells combined with VAD regimen in the treatment of myeloma(multiple myeloma, MM) with VAD scheme chemotherapy compared, observe whether CIKcells can improve the patients in remission rate and reduce the heart, liver, kidney toxicityreaction rate.Method50cases of multiple myeloma patients were randomly divided into two groups,20cases in the control group, patients mainly with VAD chemotherapy;30cases in thetreatment group, VAD regimen chemotherapy combined with CIK cells immunotherapy,chemotherapy was evaluated after6courses of two groups of curative effect and the heart,liver, kidney toxicity reaction. The statistical analyses were performed using SPSS17.0software. evaluating indicator and response rates were compared byχ2test, all statisticalmethods uses the two-sided test, results to P <0.05as significant difference.Results The treatment group and the control group after treatment of plasma.cell ratio,M protein levels were decreased compared with those before treatment (P>0.05), comparedtwo groups of plasma cell ratio, M protein levels after treatment, the treatment groupremission rate was43.3%higher than that of the control group15%, the difference betweenthe2groups. Significance (P<0.05), adverse reaction in the treatment group and the incidenceof organ damage was lower than that in control group. but the difference was not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05).Conclusion CIK combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of multiple myeloma,can improve the response rate, improving related index of tumor load, less adverse reaction, isworth the clinical promotion.
