Objective:For cerebral aneurysms rupture two standard treatment means were endovascular embolization aneurysm clipping and craniotomy. The purpose of this paper is a comparative study of the two treatment methods, analysis of the similarities and differences of the two treatment methods, such as differences in length of hospital stay, operative time, complications and reason, to provide a reference for clinical treatment. Methods:convicted of two treatments had no contraindications are indications patients were randomized into two groups:the craniotomy group (A) and the endovascular embolization group (B), were recorded admission condition, Hunt classification, the number of bleeding, the site of the aneurysm (bleeding), record the results of the treatment of patients with disease progression. Were followed up for3months, were recorded operative time, hospital stay, the patient recovery and complications, and Glasgow results ratings evaluation. Results:endovascular interventional embolization group of patients with operative time and hospital stay less than craniotomy clipping surgery group patients, craniotomy clipping operation group (A) operation time was2.97±0.60(1.9~4.2) hours, endovascular group (B) operative time was2.3±1.1(1.2~4.1) hours, the difference was significant. Craniotomy clipping operation group (A) length of hospital stay was17.2±2.6(12~22) days, the endovascular group (B) hospital stay was10.6±2.1(7~15) days, the difference was significant. But there were complications did not differ significantly. But intravascular interventional embolization group VP shunt higher probability. The two methods for treating cerebral aneurysms, complications, and treatment no significant difference, the overall P value greater than0.05.Conclusion:1. Endovascular embolization were superior craniotomy clipping surgery for cerebral aneurysms rupture.2. Endovascular embolization economic costs are higher than craniotomy clipping surgery for cerebral aneurysms rupture. 3. Cerebral aneurysm surgery within the recommended choice for endovascular embolization.4. Endovascular embolization of cerebral aneurysms within a long-term surgical results than craniotomy clipping surgery.
