| Objective1.The clinical reports of non-specific ureteritis is less at present. Through analyzed the clinical data of non-specific ureteritis(30cases) retrospectively, the article explored the clinical characteristicsã€treatment and diagnosis of non-specific ureteritis.2.The cause of non-specific ureteritis is not clear now, in this article, we discussed the role of inflammation factors in the pathogenesis of non-specific ureteritis by testing their expression differences.Materials and MethodsA total of40sections were included in the study, which were collected from the pathology department in the No.2Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University and the Jinghai Hospital,30cases ureteral mucosa suffering from non-specific inflammation after surgical resection and pathological confirmed, and10cases of normal ureteral mucosa after kidney cancer radical prostatectomy and renal pelvis carcinoma radical prostatectomy. The gender, age and ureteral site were matched in two groups above.1.Through analyzed the clinical data of non-specific ureteritis retrospectively, we explored the clinical characteristics of non-specific ureteritis.2.Methods immunohistochemical technique and image analysis were used in detecting cytokine expression and counting positive cells. T-test and X2-test were used to analyze the data,P<0.05was considered significant difference.Results1.The causes of non-specific ureteritis is not very clear. It is segmental nonspecific inflammation of ureter, Occurs in the middle period of ureter in female more. The pathological characteristics presents different degree of inflammatory cell infiltration. Due to the lack of specific clinical manifestations, Medical imaging and ureteroscopy is used for diagnosis mainly. Treatment should be according to the lateral function, ureter lesions, location and scope.2.There was significant difference between the normal ureteral mucosa and that suffering from non-specific inflammation. In addition, there was higher tissue expression in ureteral mucosa that suffering from non-specific inflammation than the normal.Conclusion1.non-specific ureteritis is lack of specific clinical manifestations, Medical imaging and pathological characteristics is used for diagnosis mainly.lifting the ureteral obstruction and protect renal function are main therapeutic purposes.2. When the ureteral mucosa suffered from non-specific inflammation, the expression of TGF-β, IL-1, IL-6, IL-8, IL-17, IL-23were significantly higher than the normal ureteral mucosa. These results suggested that the above six cytokines played an important role in the pathogenesis of non-specific ureteritis. It provided the theoretical basis for the study on non-specific ureteritis etiology in the future, and what’s more, it breaked a new path about cytokine treatment of non-specific ureteritis. |
