Objective Investigate the clinical effect of ERCP combined with traditional Chinese medicine HuoxueQingyi Decoction in the treatment of acute biliary pancreatitisMethods A review of117cases from2011.03to2013.02were treated in our hospital for research of obstructive acute biliary pancreatitis cases in all the cases, that48hours in the emergency ERCP, and59cases in first days after endoscopic sinus surgery were treated with Chinese medicine HuoxueQingyi Decoction on gastric infusion and enema. The two groups were observed of TBIL, DBIL, ALP, ALT, AST,GGT, WBC to restore the normal time, abdominal pain relief time, complication rate, hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization and so on.Results Preoperative differences between the two group data of TBIL, DBIL, ALP, ALT, AST, GGT, WBC and other indexes had no significant (P>0.05); postoperative urinary amylase returned to normal time, abdominal pain relief time, TBIL, DBIL, ALP, ALT, AST, GGT, WBC returned to normal time had significant difference between two groups (P<0.05), no significant complications, hospital stay and hospital costs differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Obstructive acute biliary pancreatitis in patients with48h is safe and effective in the treatment of emergency endoscopy; endoscopic surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine HuoxueQingyi Decoction in the treatment of the exact effect, effect is better than pure endoscopic therapy.
