| Objective: To investigate hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for infertility treatment inclinical application.Methods: In infertile patients from March2009to March2012to our hospitalwere randomly selected80cases, laparoscopy for them to take joint examination,diagnosis, using the appropriate surgical methods of examination and diagnosis underthe circumstances treatment of clinical data for all patients were analyzedretrospectively.Results:1.80infertile patients with primary infertility in31cases (38.75%),49cases of secondary infertility (61.25%); laparoscopy combined diagnosis results andapplication of traditional test method to check out the HSG the result compared to thedifferences are significant, with statistical significance.2.after the laparoscopy combined therapy and80patients, there are100pre-treatment of tubal blockage,60patency;12blocked after treatment,148smooth,clear the rate was92.5%.3.under the HSG and laparoscopy for infertility patients were compared throughthe liquid, the latter as a standard, the results show a false positive rate of19.42%HSGdiagnosis, false negative rate48.42%, specificity80.58%, sensitivity of51.58%, thecorrect index was67.84%.4.after80patients were followed up for1year33cases of conception (of which32cases of intrauterine pregnancy,1cases of ectopic pregnancy), pregnancy rate was41.255%;1to2years, there are17cases of conception (of which16cases intrauterine pregnancy, one case of ectopic pregnancy), pregnancy rate was21.25%.Conclusions: In clinical diagnosis and treatment of infertility process, combinedhysteroscopy and laparoscopy is a very viable and effective method, combinedwith laparoscopy will combine the respective advantages of both to achieve thesynergy, so this method is less invasive, faster recovery, fewer complications,and reducing the burden of patients, etc., has an important significance in thescreening and diagnosis of infertility and improve pregnancy infertility patients,the clinical application is good. |
