ObjectiveTo investigate the distribution of E.coli hospital aquired infection (ni) and antibioticresistance and its trends,in order to provide choices for rational antibiotic use in clinicpractice and provide useful data for epidemiological studies of E.coli.MethodsBy studying the resistance of3648strans of E.coli, which were isolated from9774specimens from2008to2011.TDR-200B bacterial detecting and drug resistance analyzinganalyzer was used to detect E.coli and analyze its drug sensibility and resistance.K.Bmeathod was also used to test drug sensitivity of the bacterium. Some data can be readdirectly from the auto-analyzer.χ2-test, T-test was also applied to statistic the data.Results3846strains E.coli were isolate from2008to2011; the positive rate is37.32%,accounting for85.90%of all the positive specimens, which is remarkably high comparedto the data in some articles of other writers. And there is an increasing tendency in drugresistance rate. The more the researching period goes, the more apparently the differenceis.ConclusionE.coli isolated from this hospital is high in positive rate. The drug resistance rate ofthis bacterium is very high. So, it is very important to use antibiotics rationally to preventproducing drug resistance bacteria. Besides, gene analysis and other tests should be appliedto study drug resistance.
