Objective:To observe the scheme which combines traditional Chinese medicine withwestern medicine in13cases, high-risk Myelodysplastic syndrome (MyelodysplasticSyndromes, or MDS) in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:The210th hospital of traditional Chinese medicine research object for dalianonset05,2011-December2013,13cases of high risk cases of MDS, including MDSRAEB-Ⅰ4cases,6patients with MDS RAEB-Ⅱ, MDS into M2in1case, MDSwith bone marrow fibrosis1case,1cases of MDS-RCMD, the initial treatment in9cases,4cases were recurrent first.13patients were accepted CHG+his west marina+ginseng and astragalus and salvia miltiorrhiza injection righting injection scheme oftraditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, the median3period oftreatment.Regular monitoring and routine blood, bone marrow cell morphology andbone marrow chromosome karyotype analysis, liver and kidney function and the clinicalsymptoms, such as evaluation of clinical curative effect, assessment of adverse reactions.Results:The3course of treatment in patients with leukocyte, neutrophilincreased, hemoglobin, platelet increased significantly, the degree ofp<0.05; Myelodysplastic rate, granulocyte decreased obviously abnormalrate of mononuclear cell system, p<0.05.Conclusion:WBC and ANC, the scheme of MDS patients at high risk of combiningtraditional Chinese and Western medicine can significantly improve, caneffectively reduce the patients to the risk of infection, reduce the suspension of red blood cells transfusion, effectively improve patientswith transfusion dependent, reduce the risk of bleeding, and improve thequality of life of patients and prolong the survival time.
