Objective: To investigate the clinical value of using multi-factor analysis to diagnosethyroid disease under the guidance of ultrasound. Methods:This article introduced438patients with thyroid nodules of our hospital from2012October to2013December,the patients of surgical operation treatment wereexamined by ultrasound before operation in our department examination, real-timeultrasound elastography (RE) examination, Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS)examination and Ultrasound-guided Fine-Needle Aspiration Biopsy(US-FNAB).Aretrospective analysis of438patients with conventional ultrasound, RE examination,CEUS examination and US-FNAB results, the postoperative pathology as the goldstandard, comparative study and multi mode ultrasonic examination results.USexamination, through the observation of thyroid nodules morphology, internal echo, boundary, the blood supply and the presence of calcification and other characteristics,on the basis of ultrasonic TI-RADS classification standard, the examination of thyroidnodules are divided into two categories namely malignant nodules and benign nodules, and their postoperative pathologic results of study, the sensitivity, specificity and theaccuracy of the calculation, to evaluate and compare the application value of ultrasonicexamination of differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules;combined with US examination, RE examination, according to the ultrasonic elasticityscores, score and classification on the examination of the nodules, the elastic score1-3nodules as benign nodules, the score of4-5the nodule is malignant nodules, andcomparative study of the postoperative pathologic results, the sensitivity, specificity andaccuracy of calculation, evaluation in the application of US and RE examination, application value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules;combined with US and RE examination, CEUS examination, according to the differentcharacteristics of nodular contrast model is different, the results of thyroid glandtubercle radiography is divided into4types of1-3class, the classification results for4kinds of benign nodules, malignant nodules, and the postoperative pathological resultswere compared, by calculating the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the evaluation, the joint application of conventional ultrasound, ultrasound elasticity imagingexamination and thyroid ultrasonography on the clinical significance of differentialdiagnosis benign and malignant thyroid nodules; combined with US, RE and CEUSscan results, were examined by US-FNAB, according to the pathological results formalignant and benign nodules respectively, were compared with postoperativepathology, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of judgment, the application value inthe differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Result1.Operation and pathology confirmed124cases of benign lesions,314cases ofmalignant lesions. Multi-factor analysis technology results showed129cases of benignlesions,309cases of malignant lesions.2.US examination of thyroid nodules sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were53.18%,75%,59.36%; US examination combined with RE examination in the diagnosis ofthyroid nodules, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were62.42%,79.84%,67.35%;US, RE examination and CEUS examination, the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosisof thyroid nodules respectively71.01%,82.26%,74.20%; US, RE. CEUS examination, combined with US-FNAB examination in the diagnosis of thyroid nodules, thesensitivity, specificity and accuracy were96.50%,95.16%,96.12%. Ultrasound guidedthyroid sensitivity, multi-factor analysis and the specificity and accuracy were98.41%,100%,98.86%.3.The simple application of US examination in the diagnosis of benign and malignantthyroid nodules, sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the lowest, multi-factor analysisof benign and malignant thyroid nodules sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of thehighest. The increase in check. Meanwhile, in differential diagnosis of benign andmalignant thyroid nodules sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of gradually increase.4.Application of US examination, US and RE examination, US RE and CEUS and thedifference ofmulti-factor analysis in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignantthyroid nodules between technology had statistical significance (P<0.01).Conclusion:1, Multi-factor analysis technique can be used to differentiate benign thyroid noduleeffective means of malignant.Multi-factor analysis techniques significantly improve the diagnosis of benign andmalignant thyroid nodules differentiation of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of.3.Multi-factor analysis technology to provide a reliable basis for the differentialdiagnosis of thyroid nodules, and has wide application prospect.
