Objectives:To study the correlation between the change of dystrophin which is secreted by Pelvic floor muscle of Simulation of dystocia in rats and pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:Forty female virgin Wistar rats were divided into group A,B,C and D,randomly and equally.Rats of group A received vaginal injury operation.Rats of group B received bilateral sciatic nerve resection,while vaginal injury operation and bilateral sciatic nerve resection was performed on rats of group C. Rats of group D were selected as control group. Feeding the rats a month under the same conditions. The pelvic floor muscles of rats get used immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of Dystrophin.Results:Compared with reference value,A,B and c decreased significantly. There was statistical difference between group A,B and C (P<0.05)Conclusions:The Dystrophin of Simulation of dystocia in rats is reducing. The factor may play an important role in the incidence of SUI.The factors of Vaginal injury and bilateral sciatic nerve resection have interaction. The joint action is better than single factor function.
