Objective:To investigate the expression of CD34, CD105, TGF-β on normal endometrium, entopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium of endometriosis. Explore the effects and clinic meaning in endometriosis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of CD34, CD105, TGF-β in normal endometrium(20)、 patient’s entopic endometrium(30)and ectopic endometrium (30), and analyses the positive rate of these three protein.Results:1. CD34and CD105were expressed in normal endometrium, entopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium, and the expression levels of positive rate were gradually increased.2. CD34was expressed in entopic endometrium more than ectopic endometrium, but it was not statistically significant. There was a significant difference between the two of CD105.(P<0.05)3. The expression of TGF-β1was strong positive in ectopic endometrium The group of normal endometrium and entopic endometrium were also expressions, only a little positive. There were significant between each group.(P<0.05).3. The rate of positive expression showed statistical difference in every two groups.4. it is significantly higher in the TGF-B1group which the CD105or CD34express positive and strong positive (++-+++) than the one which express weak positive and negative (+--). So the TGF-B1more expression and endometriosis in the CD105and CD34marked MVD all were positively correlated.Conclusion:1. CD34and CD105as market of vascular endothelial cell, the expression of CD34and CD105were all strong positive and all related with happening and developing of EMS. It can be considered as more sensitivity and specificity.2. CD105as a new market of vascular endothelial cell, the expression was more specially and sensitive, to be further studied the clinical value.3. The expression of TGF-β1in entopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium were higher than normal endometrium and all related with happening and developing of EMS.4. CD105and CD34marked MVD all were positively correlated.
