Objective To explore anatomical differences of the acromioclavicularjoint effects on bone erosion occur under the acromionMethod We retrospectively analyzed24patients from August2011toMarch2013treated with clavicular hook plate and willing to preoperativeCT scans,including8cases of distal clavicle fractures and clinical data of16cases of the acromioclavicular joint dislocation of patients. There were17males and7females. Aged from21to76(average of48.7years).Accordingto the X ray film and shown in3d model, they were divided the patients intounder the acromion osteolysis group (8cases) and normal group (16cases).Measure and compare the difference between two groups of clavicle distalangle, the Angle of the acromion, thickness and width.Result The angle of the acromial coronal plane with osteolysis underthe acromion is (51.38+/-5.59)°, and the negative group is (44.20+/-3.83)°,P <0.05.Angle of the distal clavicle is (25.44+/-2.51),the negative group is(21.67+/-4.06), P=0.026. The thickness of the acromion is different betweenmen and women, for men (9.72+1.13) mm, for women (8.16+1.89) mm,P=0.02. Conclusion Increasing of the angle of the acromion coronal plane andthe distal clavicle can promote osteolysis. Men and women have differencesin thickness...
