| Objective:Through96cases of primary children’s primary VUR wereretrospectively analyzed. Summarized the effect of treatment of children’sprimary VUR with different age and grade. Investigate children withprimary VUR treatment strategies. Provide a theoretical basis for theestablishment of a standardized treatment regimen.Clinical data:Choose96children in Children’s Hospital of Chongqing MedicalUniversity from January2007to April2013with grade I-IV primaryVUR.Grouping them into3groups:0-1year-old and grade I-IV,1-5year-old and grade I-II,1-5year-old and grade III-IV.Compare their refluxgrade, renal function and the situation of UTI.And do statistical analysis.Results:96cases I-IV of the primary vesicoureteral reflux in children. Lost7cases. And4cases with poor compliance.0-1year-old and grade I-II17patients.Use antibiotic therapy.11cases’grade decreased. No change in5cases.1cases’ grade increased.Norecurrence of urinary tract infection13cases. No renal dysfunction case before and after treatment.0-1year-old and grade III-IV14patients.Use antibiotic therapy.5cases’grade decreased. No change in7cases.2cases’ grade increased.Norecurrence of urinary tract infection10cases. Renal dysfunction beforetreatment in4cases, after treatment in1case.1-5year-old and grade I-II26patients.Use antibiotic therapy.16cases’grade decreased. No change in9cases.1case’s grade increased.Norecurrence of urinary tract infection19cases. Renal dysfunction beforetreatment in7cases, after treatment in3cases.1-5year-old and grade III-IV28patients.Use surgery therapy.23cases’grade decreased. No change in5cases. No recurrence of urinary tractinfection21cases. Renal dysfunction before treatment in15cases, aftertreatment of10cases.Conclusion:96cases of children’s grade I-IV primary vesicoureteral reflux inchildren were through visited and statistical analysised. Conclusions are asfollows: Under1year-old children of grade I-IV primary VUR. Continuouslow-dose antibiotic prophylaxis for most cases. Can prevent recurrenturinary tract infection effectly. It can be used as the first choice. The1-5year-old children with primary VUR grade I-II could use antibiotictreatment. Most of primary VUR patients’ VUR grade decreased afterantibiotic treatment. Should monitor the renal function and reflux conditions during treatment. Adjust the treatment according to the situationof disease.1-5year-old children with primary VUR grade III-IV are lesslikely to spontaneous remission. And easily lead to irreversible renaldysfunction. It should recieve surgical treatment of reflux as soon aspossible. |
