Objective: Through 56 cases of primary vesicoureteral reflux in children with treatment and follow-up results were analyzed, Summarized the effect of treatment of children' sprimary VUR with different age and grade. so as to seek effective treatment regimens of primary VUR children.Provide a reference for further establishing standardized treatment of primary VUR.Methods:Choose 56 children in Gansu province people hospital from January 2011 to April 2013 with grade I-IV primary VUR. Summary analysis of the clinical treatment of all children, Grouping them into 4 groups:the A of 0-1 year-old and grade I-?, the B of 0-1 year-old and grade III-IV, the C of 1-5 year-old and grade I-?, the D of 1-5 year-old and grade III-IV. Regular inspection, Compare their refluxgrade, renal function and the change of UTI.And do statistical analysis.Results:56 cases I-IV of the primary vesicoureteral reflux in children. Lost 4 cases. And 2 cases with poor compliance. So the study of the actual research object of 50 cases.0-1 year-old and grade I-II 8 patients. Use antibiotic therapy. 5 cases' grade decreased. No change in 3 cases. 0 cases' grade increased.recurrence of urinary tract infection is 0 cases. No renal dysfunction case before and after treatment. 0-1 year-old and grade III-IV 9 patients. Use antibiotic therapy. 2 cases' grade decreased. No change in 6 cases. 1 cases' grade increased. No recurrence of urinary tract infection 7 cases. Renal dysfunction before treatment in 2 cases, after treatment in 1 case. 1-5 year-old and grade I-II 16 patients. Use antibiotic therapy. 10 cases' grade decreased. No change in 5 cases. 1 cases' grade increased. No recurrence of urinary tract infection 12 cases. Renal dysfunction before treatment in 4 cases, after treatment in 1 cases. 1-5 year-old and grade III-IV 17 patients. Use surgery therapy. 14 cases' grade decreased. No change in 3 cases. 0 cases' grade increased. No recurrence of urinary tract infection 13 cases. Renal dysfunction before treatment in 10 cases, after treatment of 5 cases. Conclusion:According to the results of follow-up analysis, any reflux grade of 0-1 year-old children, use antibiotic treatment effect is good. Continuous low-dose antibiotic prophylaxis for most cases. For 1-5 years old children, surgery therapythan antibiotics groups of treatment effect is better, urinary tract infection recurrence rate had no significant difference, the time of VUR is inversely proportional to restore relations with renal impairment Should monitor. the renal function and reflux conditions during treatment. Adjust the treatment according to the situation of disease. It has important significance to choose different treatment regimens for the improvement of treatment effect according to ages and severity of reflux of the children. The prevention of recurrent urinary tract infection, protection of renal function have value in clinical practice.
