Objectives:To observe serum levels of Fractalkine (Chemotaxis factors Fractalkine,FKN) of difference patients with coronary heart disease and preliminarly investigate itsvalue of risk stratification of coronary heart disease (coronary heart disease, CHD).Methods:This experiment will collect during February2011to March2012in the firstaffiliated hospital of cardiovascular medicine at the university of south China was in thehospital and improve coronary artery angiography,176cases of patients with hospitalizedas the research object. The patients were divided into normal control group, stable anginapectoris, unstable angina pectoris, and acute myocardial infarction. After all into thegroup of patients in the hospital of medical history collected and records, Determinationof blood pressure on admission, height, weight, body mass index(BMI), triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low densitylipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), brainnatriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP), serum levels of Fractalkine, Parallel the CAG withGensini score system to assess the severity of coronary artery lesions. Comparisonbetween groups of Fractalkine serum levels, Analysis the serum levels of Fractalkine andhs-CRP, NT-proBNP, CK, CK-MB, hs-TnT, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, FPG andrelationship between the Gensini score.Results:1. The control group, stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardialinfarction group of serum levels of Fractalkine difference was statistically significant(F=5.993,P=0.0007), Acute myocardial infarction group of serum levels of Fractalkinewas higher than the other three groups (P <0.05). The UAP group and SAP group comparison has a tendency to increase, but at the end of the difference show statisticalsignificance. The UAP group and the SAP group compared with the control group was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).2. The serum levels of Fractalkine among the control group, single-artery lesiongroup, double-artery lesions group and three-artery lesions group difference wasstatistically significant (F=17.42,P=0.000), The serum levels of Fractalkine in thethree-artery lesions group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) andsingle-artery lesion group (P<0.05), the serum levels of Fractalkine in single-arterylesion group, double-artery lesions group and three-artery lesions group has a tendency torise.3. The serum levels of Fractalkine of patients with coronary heart disease along theincrease of Gensini score has rising trend.4. The control group, stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardialinfarction group of serum levels of hs-CRP difference was statistically significant(F=31.19, P=0.000), Acute myocardial infarction group of serum levels of hs-CRP ishigher than the other three groups (P<0.05). And that in the UAP group was higher thanthat of the control group (P<0.05). The UAP group and SAP group comparison has atendency to increase, but at the end of the difference show statistical significance. TheSAP group compared with the control group there difference was no statisticallysignificant (P>0.05).5. The control group, stable angina, unstable angina and acute myocardialinfarction group of serum levels of NT-proBNP difference was statistically significant(F=23.38, P=0.000), Acute myocardial infarction group of serum levels of NT-proBNP issignificantly higher than the other three groups (P<0.001). The UAP group and SAPgroup was higher control group (P<0.05). The UAP group was higher SAP group(P<0.05).6. The partial relationship analysis, controlling for age, sex, smoking and BMI,blood serum Fractalkine with hs-CRP, NT-proBNP, CK, CK-MB, hs-TnT werepositively related, and have statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The significantly higher serum levels of Fractalkine in patients with acutemyocardial infarction. The UAP group and SAP group comparison has a tendency toincrease, But at the end of the difference show statistical significance. 2.The serum levels of Fractalkine of Patients with coronary heart disease andcoronary artery lesion with vascular count and Gensini score of closely related, Suggestserum levels of Fractalkine in the relationship with coronary artery lesion severity.3. The serum levels of Fractalkine and commonly used biochemical marker withrisk stratification of coronary heart disease has a good relationship, such as hs-CRP, NT–proBNP, CK, CK-MB, hs–TnT and so on.The joint Fractalkine and other commonlyused biochemical markers to evaluate may improve the accuracy of the risk stratificationof patients with coronary heart disease.
