Objective: To study the relationship between plasma ischemia modified albumin, heart type fatty acid binding protein,B-type brain natriuretic peptid, homocysteine and the level of risk stratification in acute coronary syndrome in the connections of clinical, for providing evaluation to diagnose the patients with ACS early and disease risk degree. Methods:From 2012 April to 2014 December 451 cases in our hospital Cardiovascular Department of internal medicine hospitalization and Coronary heart disease Intensive Care Unit in disease grope and subjected to risk stratification according to GRACE risk score software, select the physical health cases of 190 as the normal control group. Detected the level of IMA,H-FABP,BNP and Hcy-s and compared the difference.Results:(1)IMA:Between the normal control group and the STEMI grope,a significant difference was found(P<0.05).In the eash disease grope, the difference of the level of IMA in each risk stratification was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)H-FABP: Compared with the normal control group,a significant difference was found in the UA grope and the ST-EMI grope(P<0.05). The difference of the level of H-FABP in each risk stratification was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)BNP: Compared with the normal control group,a significant difference was found in all disease grope(P<0.05).In the ST-EMI grope and NST-EMI grope, the difference between the high risk group and the low risk group was statistically significant(P<0.05), the difference between the high risk group and the middle risk group was both statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)Hcy-s:Compared with the normal control group,a significant difference was found in all disease grope(P<0.05).In the UA grope, the difference between the middle risk group and the low risk group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:IMA, H-FABP, BNP and Hcy-s detection possed certain meaning in early diagnose ACS, the level of BNP and Hcy-s indicate the risk degree of the disease.
