Objective To investigate in northern Guangxi HBV infected differentimmune status of TCM classification and the levels of T and B cells and therelationship between the NK cells. Methods60cases of three kinds of differentimmune state will meet the study criteria of chronic HBV infection, and livercirrhosis (compensatory period) in20cases, were divided into astheniasyndrome (虚证,AS) group and sthenia syndrome(实证,SS) group, and to detectthe percentage of peripheral blood T, B and NK lymphocyte subsets, and theabove indexes were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the controlgroup, three different immune status’ percentage of CD3+T cells there were nosignificant differences in the AS group and SS group, But in hepatitis B cirrhosisgroup, the percentage of CD3+T cells AS group and SS group were AS group <SS group <control group. In three different immune status and hepatitis Bcirrhosis group, all patients with AS and SS groups CD4+T cell percentages arelower than normal control group (P<0.05), which is in a state of immunetolerance, the percentage of CD4+T cells was SS group <AS group (P<0.05), But, in the cirrhosis group of CD4+T cell percentage for SS group> AS group(P<0.05); In the SS group, the group of immune clearance status and cirrhosis ofthe liver were lower than immune tolerance status and immune deficiency status(P<0.05); But in the AS group, the percentage of CD4+T cells was cirrhosisgroup <immune clearance state <state of immune tolerance and immunedeficiency status (P<0.05). Percentage of CD8+T cells in the immune clearancestatus for SS group> control group>AS group (P<0.05), and percentage ofCD8+T cells in the liver cirrhosis group was control group>SS group> ASgroup (P<0.05). CD4+/CD8+ratio in a state of three kinds of immune SS groupwere significantly lower than AS group and control group (P<0.05), while in thegroup of cirrhosis, the AS group and SS group’s CD4+/CD8+ratio weresignificantly higher than the normal control group (P<0.05), but there was nostatistically significant difference in comparison between the AS group and SSgroup (P>0.05). The percentage of B lymphocytes in three different immunestatus and hepatitis B cirrhosis group (compensatory period), only in the state ofimmune clearance’s AS group and SS group were higher than control group(P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in comparisonbetween the AS group and SS group (P>0.05). The percentage of NK cells inthree different immune status and hepatitis B cirrhosis group (compensatoryperiod), NK cell percentage of AS group and SS group were liver cirrhosisgroup <immune clearance state <normal control group (P<0.05), and Thepercentage of NK cells in liver cirrhosis group was AS group lower than SSgroup (P<0.05). Conclusion Chronic HBV infection have immune dysfunctionand unbalance in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets; HBV infected differentimmune status of TCM classification have relationship with T and B cell subsets and NK cells, and immune function test for TCM syndrome type of judgementhas certain clinical application value.
