The Clinical Features Analysis Of68Cases Of Drug-induced Hepatitis

ObjectivesTo analyze the gender，age，categories of drugs causing hepatotoxicity，laboratory index，clinical features and prognosis of drug-induced liver injury（DILI），in order to give suggestions on the diagnosis and treatment ofdrug-induced hepatitis.MethodsUsing international classification of disease(ICD) to screen eighty patients whohave been diagnosed as drug-induced liver injury in The Second Affiliated HospitalOf Zhengzhou University between July2004and July2013，retrospective analysiswas performed on sixty-eight patients whose Marie score were equal or greater thansix points.ResultsAmong the sixty-eight patients，thirty-five patients were male and thirty-threepatients were female.The age was between fifteen and eighty and the average agewas50.54±15.36.The Chinese Herbal medicine and Chinese Patent medicine werethe main cause of drug-induced liver injury(38.2%)，followed by antibiotics，antineoplastic drug，antituberculous drug，antipyretic analgesics and cardiovasculardrugs.The main symptoms were anorexia and asthenia(61.8%).66.2%of the patientswere the injury type of hepatocytes，the rest were the type of cholestasis(16.2%) and mix type(17.6%).91.2%of the patients with DILI have resolution after withdrawal ofthe offending agent and treatment.Conclusion1．Drug-induced hepatitis has become the main cause of liver injury inclinically.The Chinese Herbal medicine and Chinese Patent medicine were the maincause of DILI,so it is very important to give more attention on the use of Chinesetraditional medicine.2．Age,gender,pregnancy and alcohol intake are estimated as risk factors forpatients,but the relationship between the morbidity of drug induced hepatitis andage,gender was not found in our study,it may be associated with the less number ofpatients induced in the study.3．Hepatocytes was the main injury type of DILI.Clinicians should be moreconcerned about DILI,most patients reinstated well after early diagnose and timelytreatment.
