ObjectiveWith China’s economic development, people’s living standards continue toimprove, coronary heart disease in the elderly population has become a highincidence in our country, who can not pass a drug or medical intervention in patientstreated by cardiac surgery coronary artery bypass grafting surgery will prolong thelives of patients become effective choice, but patients undergoing coronary arterybypass graft surgery appears abnormal heart and lung function is the key problemcaused the failure of surgery patients, we observe alprostadil Lipo preparation forcoronary artery bypass grafting impact on patients after heart and lung function tofind the patients could improve heart and lung function approach to prolong the livesof patients and reduce mortality.Methods60cases of CAD were evenly divided into two groups, a observation group anda control group. Both groups were given the basic treatment such asanti-inflammatory, mechanical ventilation and son on. Intravenous liposomeprostaglandin after surgery in control group,10μg,three times a day, a total of twodays. To detect the variation in PaO2,PaO2/FiO2respectively in the first0.5,6,12 hours. To detect the variation in RVEF, PVR in the48hours after surgery by using theright cardiac catheterization techniques..ResultsBefore given alprostadil in the first0.5hour after surgery, the PaO2value is(82.3±8.4)(mmHg) in observation group and (83.1±8.5)(mmHg) in controlgroup, the parameter between tow groups is meaningless (P>0.05).Being given thealprostadil in the sixth and twelfth hour after surgery, the PaO2value is (96.0±9.8)、(108.0±10.6)(mmHg) in observation group and(84.3±6.1)、(86.7±7.3)(mmHg)in control group, the PaO2/FiO2value is (248.6±18.9)、(280.9±34.8)(mmHg) inobservation group and (220.5±16.1)、(245.9±28.2)(mmHg) in control group, theparameter between two groups is meaningful(P<0.01).The control group get astatistical significance(P<0.01) higher PaO2, PaO2/FiO2than observation group whengiven alprostadil. The control group get a marked improvemen(tP<0.05)about RVEF,PVR in the48hours after surgery.ConclusionsPatients after CABG that were given liposome prostaglandin can get improvementin PaO2, PaO2/FiO2, RVEF and PVR. It is also contribute to therecovery of postoperative and cardiopulmonary function.
